In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hao787 website accessible at https://hao787.cam, including all associated pages, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Company" means hao787, the internationally licensed operator of the Platform.
• "Member" / "You" means any natural person who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account is in good standing.
• "Account" means the individual account opened by a Member on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Member using funds held in their Account.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures required by the Company before a Member may complete a withdrawal.

5. You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or have had an account closed for breach of these Terms on any hao787 platform.

To access the full range of hao787 services, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account per person: Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with all balances (including real-money and bonus funds) voided.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is prohibited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify the Company of any changes to your registration details by updating your Account profile or contacting customer support.
• Account currency: All Accounts on hao787 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not offer multi-currency accounts at this time.

The Company is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at the Company's discretion at any point during the lifecycle of an Account.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months showing your full name and registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where withdrawals are requested to a specific bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other supported Indonesian banks), the Company may require confirmation that the withdrawal destination is registered in the same name as the hao787 Account.
• Source of Funds: For withdrawals above the threshold set by the Company from time to time, Members may be asked to demonstrate the legitimate source of funds used for wagering activities.

5.1 Deposits. hao787 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable transfer fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page of your Account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation on the respective payment network.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified under KYC procedures and is registered in the same name as the hao787 Account. The Company does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for deposit, or accounts held in a name different from that of the Member.

• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) for verified accounts.
• Gold VIP Members: same-day guaranteed payout subject to bank network availability.
• Withdrawals requested outside of standard processing hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business session.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Fees. hao787 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

hao787 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple and qualifying games will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies to a bonus, it will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the cap will be removed from the withdrawable balance upon completion of wagering.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: The Company reserves the right to void bonus funds and all associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it reasonably suspects that a Member is exploiting promotional offers through bonus abuse, arbitrage, or coordinated activity with other accounts.
• Free Bets and Free Spins: Winnings derived from free bets or free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion.

hao787 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms are published in English and constitute the binding description of each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotional description and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

7.1 Sportsbook. All sports wagers on hao787 — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup, badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports markets — are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In particular:

• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. A void selection will reduce the accumulator leg count but will not void the entire bet unless only one selection remains.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published on the Platform.
• In the event of a disputed result or a material error in the odds offered, the Company reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Member accounts.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are displayed on the bet slip and may be updated from time to time.

7.2 Casino and Slots. 7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or wager, all bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. The Company's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hao787 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hao787 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the hao787 Platform — including but not limited to the hao787 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, software, databases, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No Member or visitor to the Platform is granted any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to the Company. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, hao787 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from third-party payment network delays, outages, or errors beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game or service accessible through the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Applicable Law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hao787 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.
• The Company is required to do so to comply with Applicable Law or a direction from a competent authority.

Upon permanent closure of an Account, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements or under investigation) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC and compliance checks.

A Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not relieve the Member of any outstanding obligations owed to the Company.

hao787 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its primary gaming licence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

hao787 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email to the address registered on their Account or via an on-screen notification on next login.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 12.
